Understanding DISC Profiling

DISC Profiling is a a form of behavioural analysis that people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with, often in the workplace. This course has been designed to help you:

1. Understand the 4 different personality types that you're going to come across in your working environment and ensure you're communicating and engaging effectively with different people.

2. Gain an understanding of which profile fits your own personality, this could be a blend of two or three or just one of the profiles on it's own.

3. Understand how you can use the knowledge within a recruitment setting whether you're a manager, director, or consultant.
